Simply
Art: Express Yourself has
joined the Center for the Creative
Arts. WELCOME.
Simply
Art was designed by Nancy Dougherty
to fill a need for guided expressive
arts opportunities for homeless
mothers and children in the Santa
Rosa area. The workshops currently
take place at the Living Room
in Santa Rosa with trained art
therapists facilitating the often
changing groups. This summer's
pilot program was welcomed by
staff and clients alike and the
results encouraged Ms. Dougherty
and the Living Room to continue
the art experiences for the coming
year. We are all lookiing forward
to working with each other in
the coming year!
